Substage Latex / Double Centrifuged Latex
The raw latex after desludging is centrifuged to reduce the non-rubber content. The material thus processed contains 60% rubber content and is known as CENEX. The single centrifuged latex is once again recentrifuged to reduce the non-rubber and the reprocessed material is known as Sub Stage Latex (SS Latex) or Double Centrifuged Latex (DC Latex). This product is specifically preferred by the Condom Manufacturing industry to match their low Non-Rubber Content (NRC) & Zinc Oxide Viscosity requirement.
